With the Summer anime line up close to it’s end, I might as well post about what shows I’m looking forward to and hopefully be able to blog a couple of them.
Togainu no Chi
Out of everything this fall, this is the series I’m looking forward to the most. Togainu no Chi is based off of a boys-love game that has quite a fandom all ready. I found out about the game earlier this summer and I’ve enjoyed what I’ve seen. I have no idea if they’ll keep all the yaoi that happens, since Akira is pretty much raped by everyone in the game. But it’s A-1, so there’s probably going to be a lot of fanservice most likely. Judging from the promos, it probably won’t. But we’ll allow the anime to be the judge of that. This also has a stellar seiyuu cast as well, and the mass majority of them are from the games as well. I’ll definitely will be blogging this if I have the free time.
Star Driver
I don’t really have much to say about this anime. I mainly just want to watch it because Mamoru Miyano is in it, since he’s my favorite seiyuu and all. It’s a Bones anime, and it’s mecha. Big name people are also responsible for the production, so I may watch it. I’ll blog the first episode of this show, and see how the anime works out afterwords. I’m not a huge fan of mecha anime to begin with.

My Little Sister Can’t Be This Cute
At times I get sucked into the moe genre. This series looks absolutely adorable I don’t even. Yuuichi Nakamura and Hanazawa Kana are both in this series. It just looks ridiculously adorable and fff. So cute. I have no idea if I’ll blog the entire series, but I will definitely blog the first episode.
Kuragahime
This year, Brain’s Base has grown to be one of my favorite companies in the anime industry. With Baccano!, Durarara!!, and Kurenai, to be exact. This series is about a jellyfish otaku, and that alone won me. It could be because I’m a fan of sea creatures, but there is also a trap in this series. I have a huge fondness for traps… so this series is going to be worthwhile. I’ll blog the first episode, but we’ll see how that goes.
Arakawa Under the Bridge x Bridge
I watched the first season this spring and I absolutely loved it! It is probably my favorite out of the spring line-up as well, so I was ecstatic when a second season was announced. I never expected it to air this soon, either. Kamiya Hiroshi returned at Kou as well, so this is going to be one of the best this season! I’m not a fan of SHAFT at all, but this series surprised me in the spring. I can’t wait to see what the second season brings! I’ll definitely will be blogging this, since I’m already love this series, plus, it’s a sequel.
… images for this series do not exist. I’m not sure how to feel about this series in particular. I have a feeling that it will be like a Key series, so that’s why I want to watch it. Aside from the plot synopsis, I can’t find anything about this series. It sounds like it will be a deep show, which is always good to have. I’ll definitely will blog the first episode.
Pokemon: Best Wishes!
Oh really? Yeah really. I’m really looking forward to the new Pokemon series! I’ll probably only post blogs on important plot related issues like Satoshi winning a gym badge or someone adding a new Pokemon on their team. I’m really interested in this series because Mamoru Miyano is voicing Dento! That’s the main reason why I want to watch the series in Japanese really lmao. I normally just watch the dub version when it airs on TV haha.

I really hope there are more series that I’m interested in for the fall than I was for the summer, so far the only one that has caught my eye is the first one you mention, Togainu no Chi

The summer series was complete fail. The two shows I was following just flopped so bad. I really hope these series live up to expectations.
